These terms govern your use of Future Elevators' website and services. By booking a consultation, taking an assessment or purchasing any service, you accept these terms.

1. Services

Future Elevators provides career counselling, psychometric assessments, personalised reports and long-term roadmap mentorship. Services are advisory in nature — they support, but do not replace, family and student decision-making.

2. Bookings

Session times are confirmed by our team within one business day of your booking request. Requesting a booking via the website is not itself a confirmation.

3. Fees & payments

Fees for each service are shared before you make a payment. Payments are non-transferable to third parties. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during assessment and counselling.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Use reports and recommendations for personal use only, not for commercial redistribution.

5. Intellectual property

All Career Intelligence Reports, roadmaps, assessment frameworks and website content are the intellectual property of Future Elevators. You may not reproduce, resell or publish them without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

While we take great care in the accuracy of our assessments and advice, career and academic outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Future Elevators is not liable for outcomes arising from decisions made after our advice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hooghly, West Bengal.
